History: Techih loses her memory upon arival on Earth.
	 All she knows about herself is learnt from her
	 Puckworld Police Task Force License that is
	 found in her jacket.
	 Techih is found by Duke, wondering around in an
	 Anaheim alley, utterly confused and lost. With
	 no recollection what-so-ever as to who she is.
	 Techih is a great & serious hockey player, as
	 well as an extremist fighter. She know's
	 practically everything that Duke does about the
	 art of stealing. Which is very confusing `cuz,
	 well....she's a cop...cop's aren't supposed to
	 know those things, specially one that can't
	 even remember where she grew up.
