He can be seen currently pacing the floor in front of his throne, arms crossed behind his back in deep thought. He needed to get rid of Wildwing. But there was no way he could kill Wildwing without being stopped by a higher power. He needed a way to get rid of Wildwing and not have him come back. His plan was to use the Raptor's Dimensional Gateway device and send Wildwing to Carnival Knight's, in the Puckworld's JetStream. No one in their right mind would leave that floating puck. It was just like it sounded. A huge Carnival on a floating slab of granite the size of New York shaped like a puck. Wildwing wouldn't want to leave Carnival Knight's. He'd be having to much fun. ____________________ Dragaunus planed it all. He rigged the next attack on the Raptor so that Wildwing would be sent away. And he succeeded. Wildwing was gone. ____________________ Wildwing awoke, hours latter. The Mask still on his beak, he was lying in an alley, someone was near him. He stirred and the small person stepped back. It was cold, he could feel the crisp fresh air. He knew he was back on Puckworld. He sat up and looked at the small duck that was kneeling at his side. He saw that it was a fairly small pretty teenager. She was small beyond belief, had long dark grey hair that had a streak of pinkish-purple running through her bangs. She had on a pair of sunglasses, blue jeans that were ripped right across one knee, a black tank top, he could see a high cut black vest under her open high cut leather vest. A utility belt lay losely around her waist. And she wore hikers. She smiled at him and offered him a steaming cup of what he smelled was Puckworld Expresso. "where am I?..." he asked her. She simply pointed over his head. He turned his head and looked. There, in the street and over the tops of the buildings was a carnival ride. "Carnival Knight's?...." he blinked, surprised. "your not from around here are you?" she asked him quietly, watching as he quickly took off the mask and put it into his bag that was on his belt. "no....no im not..." he mumbled, staggering to his feet. "do you have a place to stay?" she asked him innocently "cuz I don't think they rent out rooms anymore" she stated, helping him to his feet the best she could. "no, no I don't either. What's your name?" He asked her, peering out the alley. "Renee[Ren-e]" she said, walking up to his side. "you runnin` from some one?" she asked him, looking out of the alley into the street as well. "yeah...I guess you can say that" Wildwing told her. "can you tell me where I can find the nearest Resistence Base?" "Resistence Base?....there is no Resistence Base on Carnival Knight's. Since Dragaunus was chased off Puckworld by whoever the saviors are. There's been no need for a Resistence Base. Carnival Knight's was practically never touched by the invasion" she said quietly, looking at the bump on his head "you must of hit your head harder than I thought" she lightly laid her hand on his fore-arm. "come with me. You can stay with me until you find a place of your own" "Id better not" he looked at her disgusted. "I know what your thinking about. But your wrong" she shook her head. Her hair swirled lightly in its curls around her face "I have a heart. And does it look like I can do you any harm?.....I mean, your three times heavier than me" she pointed out to him. "alright, where is this place of yours?" Wing agreed, realizing that she was just a good simaritian. She pointed at the top of the fire-escape ladder which ended at the window of a loft. "I live up there with my best-friend. But he was killed in the invasion. He used to own it but left it to me in his will. Now I live by myself" she told him as they went up the fire-escape & crawled in through the large window. Wildwing saw that it was nicely furnished. But a little messy here and there. "you sure that me staying here with you isn't a complication?" Wildwing asked her. Watching her as she fussed around in the kitchen. "make yourself comfortably sir" she said and put a plate of food down on the counter, sat him down to the counter "go ahead, eat. Your probably hungry" she smiled at him. He was hungry after all and he ate in silence. Watching Renee as she ran around the large loft cleaning up things. He washed the plate for her. Seeing that she was doing all this for him. "so tell me, are there any traitors here on Carnival Knight's" he asked, drying the glass & put it away on the rack. "im not exactly sure. But there are rumor's that they have some sort of base here" Renee said, smiling at him again. She had taken off the sunglasses and now he saw she had soft hazel eyes. "oh, by the way. My name's Wildwing" he finally remembered he hadn't told her his name. "oops..." she giggled "I forgot to ask you that" she shrugged "oh well...you'll be sleeping in the room on the right. My rooms right next to it if you want me. But I have to go to bed, my courier shift starts early tomorrow" she told him with a smile and went into the room.
